JOIN THE CLUB: The 2011/2012 patrol season commences 24/09/11 and finishes 25/04/12. New members are welcome to join at any time, however patrolling members MUST PAY PRIOR to YOUR FIRST PATROL. REMEMBER YOU ARE NOT INSURED UNTIL YOU HAVE PAID YOUR FEES! Registration costs* per year: Single or Associate Membership: $50 Family Membership: $100 (includes 2 adults + children) Competitor Levy: $100 * INCLUDES INSURANCE COVER, use of general surf club facilities and standard SLSC uniforms for patrolling members. Preferred option - Renewing memberships ONLINE: SLS Australia has introduced a new secure online registration process which allows members to update their personal details. This will avoid having to fill out forms and is more efficient for the club's administration. Click to print instructions Gerringong SLSA membership Online To use this system you first have to Create an account as an individual user of the ‘Surfguard’ system (an email and mobile number is required) then you have access to Login for future use. Go to Surf Life Saving website Click on CREATE ACCOUNT or LOGIN tab then follow the prompts (remember to record your login & password details for future use). Note: Your email address and date of birth has to be identical to the one already on Surfguard (details entered by Gerringong SLSC if supplied) – the system will not let you proceed otherwise. If this is the case - please Contact us with your email address & date of birth ASAP and we will update your details. Once you have logged in, click on the My Memberships menu and select Gerringong Surf Club. Update details as requried. Print a copy of the Membership details page before you submit the application. You will need to perform the above steps for each family membership you wish to renew membership for. You can then pay for the renewal using the payment gateway. If paying for a family process the payment using just one of the family members but inlcude in the description line "Your Family Name Family Renewal" (eg Smith Family renewal). Note: Only credit cards accepted. Note: For new memberships please print and complete Working with Children Declaration Form. New/Renewing memberships in PERSON: If you would like to join/renew memberships in person you will need to: See Liz Payne (Registrar) at our Open day on Sunday 30th October 11- 1 pm. Join us for BBQ and see our new facilities. Note: Only cash and cheques accepted. New/Renewing memberships by POST: Make your cheque or money order payable to 'Gerringong Surf & Lifesaving Club Inc.' for the relevant amount as stated above.
